ASTM A537 standard refers to pressure vessel plates, material in heat-treated, carbon-manganese silicon steel. Based on different strength and heat treatment, it ranges to Class 1, 2 and 3. ASTM A537 Class 1 plates are supplied in the normalised condition whilst Class 2 plates are quenched and tempered.

ASTM A572 steel plate is a popular grade of high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel that is typically used in structural applications. A572 steel contains chemical alloys that enhance the material’s hardness and ability to bear weight. There are five different grades of A572 steel plate: Grade 42, Grade 50, Grade 55, Grade 60 and Grade 65.

ASTM A573/A573M grades are divided into: 58, 65, 70, and the steel plates are suitable for structural grade carbon-manganese-silicon steel plates in three tensile strength ranges. ASTM A573/A573M steel plates are mainly used for important purposes of improving notch toughness at room temperature.

ASTM A588 is a high strength low-alloy structural steel specification with higher strength and improved atmospheric corrosion resistance. It covers Grade A, Grade B, and Grade K. Grade A, B is the specification for atmospheric corrosion structural steel of High-Strength Low-Alloy, yield strength minimum 50 ksi 345 Mpa.

ASTM A633 is a high-strength / low alloy grade produced in the normalized condition. It is predominantly used in environments where superior notch toughness is needed at low ambient temperatures. Grades are divided into A, C, D, E.

A high-strength, low-alloy, hot-rolled structural steel plate utilized in structural applications where lighter weight and improved formability is critical. Applications include: truck frames, crane booms, and rail car components. Made to Grades 50, 60, 70 and 80, the grade designating the yield strength.

The ASTM A709 is the Standard Specification for Structural Steel for Bridges and encompasses carbon, high-strength low-alloy, and quenched and tempered alloy steels used as structural plates in the construction of bridges. It following five grades of A709; 36, 50, 50W, HPS 50W and HPS 70W.

Cold rolled steel is rolled at room temperature and then rolled again below its recrystallization temperature. This process enables better control over finished product shape, thickness, dimensions, and a more consistent finish.

Alloy Steel is a combination of Iron, Carbon, and various other elements like Nickel, Chromium, and Molybdenum. The additional elements make alloy steel unique and enhance the already excellent physical properties like strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance to a new extreme.

The manganese steel plate has primary constituents of manganese but is also alloyed with phosphorous, silicon, sulfur, carbon, niobium, and other alloys. Manganese Steel Plate Chemical Composition allows the plate to have resistance to rust and corrosion.

Wear resistant steel plate refers to the special plate products used for working conditions where large-area wear required, generally including ordinary wear-resistant steel plate and composite wear-resistant steel plate.

Tinplate Sheet is a versatile packaging material that is widely used in various industries. Firstly, it plays a crucial role in the food packaging industry, being used for the production of various canned goods such as fish, fruits, tomato sauce, and powdered milk.
